Is there a Internet cafe in the area where the ships tender drops you off (Tourist Area)

Not sure about inside the TV, but if you go out the main gate, turn left and walk about 2 blocks you'll see the post office across the street and next to it is a place advertising internet cafe. I don't know th erates and haven't used this place but did see some cruisers entering the building back in January. You'll have to fend off a few aggressive tour vendors, but they're harmless. Just keep walking they're gone before you get to the cafe.

We didn't take the notebook computer into Belize, but we probably should have since there might have been some free wifi in some places. We found an Internet cafe in a mall several blocks into downtown. There were only five machines there but they were'nt being used and access was fast. Price was $1.25US per half-hour. We bought the kids each a half-hour and they had fun on FaceBook.
