Will the Concierge email you if your dplus?

First cruise (Oasis) as a diamond plus and wondering if you get an email before your cruise like if you were in a suite?

Has nothing to do with being D+. They sometimes will contact suite guest before a cruise but not always. In January, we were not contacted prior to the cruise by the concierge. It has always been hit or miss. JS cabins will not be contacted.

Not even Suites are contacted - just booked the AquaTheater Suite on Oasis (3/27 sailing) and didn't hear from concierge prior to sailing and last year on Independence we booked an OS and never heard from anyone...the only contact we ever had with a concierge prior to sailing was two years ago on Freedom when we booked a GS.

When we were on the EOS RCCL a few years back, I did get an email? I am hoping I do this time...we are ten people and I wanted to try and make two special reservations for dinner. The website will only take 6?
