Hyatt Place North or Fairfield FLL

I'm looking between these two for a pre cruise night. Are there pros or cons to either? We will be using SAS to transport us to Miami in the morning. Clean is a must and also some decent dinner options would be great. Thanks

We have stayed at Hyatt Place North and we really liked it. There is an Outback Steakhouse in the same parking lot. There is a plaza right next door with shops, grocery store, and large liquor store. Hotel is very clean, nice staff, and Starbucks coffee in the morning!
