Just got back from a 7 day Caribbean cruise on Voyager, I could not find much on the specifics of Poker until I got on board, so for history sake..

 

There's one poker table playing 2-5 No limit holdem, with a 10% rake up to $15.

 

They also run a tournament in shoot out format with the final table being run near the last day. The format is silly though, max 7 players per table (they play on blackjack tables for most of the tables). $100 buy in get's you $1000 in chips. Rebuy is $50 for $1000 additional chips. Can't rebuy until 4th round or less then $500 in chips.

 

The blind structure is brutally fast.

25/50 - 10 min

50/100 - 10 Min

100/200 - 10 Min

200/400 - 10 min

300/600 - 10 min

400/800 - 10 min

500/1000 - 10 min.

 

All live dealers, though most did not know that much about dealing poker.
