jonsmom Posted April 12, 2010 #1 Share Posted April 12, 2010 Does anyone know if the RCCL Beach break is Bannister Island? If so, do we tender to the island right from the ship? Thanks.

Rare momofmab Posted April 13, 2010 #6 Share Posted April 13, 2010 Can you visit Bannister Island on your own?Thank you. We did. Eco Tours charges $25 for a three-hour beach break on B.I. (and there are other tour groups as well). You do have to tender to the port first, but it wasn't a big deal. From the port, it takes about 15 minutes to get to the island. Rare cruisegal40 Posted April 14, 2010 #7 Share Posted April 14, 2010 Ok, we are going w/ Jon's mom on the same cruise. I did not pre-book w/ RIC and now I am regretting it. Do you think it will sell out? I actually wanted to do the RCI snorkel and then Bannister. Does anyone think it will sell out before we can book when we get on the ship? When can we start booking? I have never booked ahead so not sure if any sell out prior. I thought I read somewhere that they "hold" some for when you get on the ship.
