We also had the 2 starboard extended balconies - 6451 & 6459. Made for a VERY long space when the dividers were open.

 

 

Yay!! THANK YOU for posting this! We have 6459, 6461, and 6463 on our Thanksgiving cruise on the Victory!! CAN'T WAIT!!

My husband and I have #6329 aft-wrap booked on the Miracle for our Alaska cruise. Looking through this thread has me SO excited for that cruise!

Hello All,

 

just wondering if anyone had balcony and room pictures of 8450 on the Liberty? We're cruising this October and have this room booked. It's our first ever balcony and we'd really like to see what's in store for us!

 

8450 on the Conquest class ships is actually not like any other aft cabin. You've picked a good one! They are my favorite best-kept secret though sometimes hard to book if you only have two people.

 

Because of the layout of the ship, cabins 8450 and 8457 are actually half again as wide as the other direct aft cabins. Check it out in this link, which is aft of the Conquest (same ship class). The discussion is about wall partitions, but the picture of the aft balcony is exactly what you need to see.

The top left balcony is 8450. From the pictures you can see that there is extra space on this balcony compared to the other aft balconies. It is also the reason there are only 6 aft balconies vs. 8 aft balconies on Empress below. Congrats!

If you can't get an aft wrap...these are the next best thing, and with only two on the ship...you done good! :D

Here are our pics from our trip on the Magic last June. We were in the aft wrap cabin #7458. The cabin was amazing! No noise and was the perfect location. It was very private as well. We sailed through Europe hitting mostly Italian ports and it was absolutely amazing!!!

Fiance and I will be on our first back to back and our wedding/honeymoon cruise in an aft wrap balcony on the Destiny, 8328. This thread is just fueling my desire to be there now! CAN'T WAIT!!!:D

You guys will have a blast and you will love 8450. Just last year I was in that cabin right about now. However, in two weeks, I'll be in 7298 on the Pride...the only cabin in the fleet I love better than 8450 on a Conquest class ship. :D

 

I don't find the motion all that different anywhere on the ship unless you get down really low. You guys will just LOVE this cabin..and the convenience factor is fantastic.

Here's ours on the Crown Princess. We got it by booking a guarantee and probably wouldn't have branched out and gotten it otherwise. We were so happy we got to experience an Aft!

It is a big overhang. We got sun early in the morning and late afternoon....not a sunbathing deck but very private
