Carnival Glory Departure Port ???

Where does Carnival Glory depart from? (in NYC) does she sail by the Statue of Liberty? Any other advise about getting on or off the ship? Thanks :rolleyes:

She departs from the Manhattan pier area in the west 50's on 12th Avenue. She does sail right by the SOL.

 

How are you arriving at the pier?

We have relatives that live close and they are bringing us to the pier. we can't wait.

We went last year and are going this year from NYC. We rode into the city by train then took a cab to the ship. It was easy and the cab driver knew right where to go when we told him we were getting on the ship- Carnival. At departure, we saw that across the street was a line for cabs and went and caught one.

I thought The Glory sailed from the Brooklyn Pier. Is it Brooklyn or Manhatten in October this year?
