Shore Excursions that include beach

I have booked a couple of excursions where you do some sightseeing and then end up at the beach. Do people wear their bathing suits w/coverups for the first portion and return in wet bathing suits or are there usually changing facilities? Specifically, Jamaica and Grand Cayman. Thanks.

We always wear our bathing suits under our clothes and just make sure we are dry before getting dressed again. I hate lugging more than I have to around on shore.
