Spa Services?

I have been on 3 cruises but have never used the spa services. Can you use the sauna, steam room, showers etc. even if you don't use the other services? Is this free? Do you have to have an appt. for a spa service that cost $$ to use the other services?

If the steam and sauna are connected to the men's and women's locker rooms off the gym, and I think they are on the Triumph, you can use these for free. No appointment necessary. You just stop by the desk and get a locker key. You will have to schedule and pay for massages, aerobics classes, salon treatments etc. Prices vary.
