Friends of Bill W. Meeting Times on QM2 TA

As there are no ports on TA crossing, does the ship's program list Friends of Bill W. Meetings daily, and at what time? I would guess no earlier than 4 p.m. and no later than 5 p.m.

Hi Kinshasa, No worries, the ship program does list all meetings for various groups. Perhaps you could check at the Pursar's Desk upon boarding? Also, my I recommend you purchase the soft drink package while your at the Pursar's Desk-- It's a good buy.

I loved the way that Bill W and his buddies met in the Princess Grill bar on QE2.

Oh, I always get the soda package. Let's put it this way: I belong to a Facebook group called "Diet Coke Runs Through My Veins."

 

We usually cruise on Princess and when you first board there are many places to buy the soda package. Everywhere you turn there's a little table with the insulated cups and set-up. We didn't know that Cunard offered the same deal until we were in a cocktail lounge one night ordering Diet Coke and the server asked us if we knew about the soda package.

Kins, The friends of Bill W. are usually in the board room port side off the Commodore at 4pm. The Friends of Dorothy, usually meet in the Commodore by the piano at the same time. You can wave.....

Dorothy's friends had dance lessons last week from the on board instructor. They were not held as usual in the Queen's Room but rather in G32 at 11am.

Bill Wilson was one of the founders of Alcoholics Anonymous. Friends of Bill W. are AA meetings.
