Is Princess cruise a mistake?

OP, do yourself a favor and cancel. You won't be happy no matter what happens, good, bad, or indifferent. Yesterday DW and I booked a cruise on short notice for the Carib next month. That plus 4 other cruises on Princess which we have/will take this year brings our total days on Princess ships to 66 days. Until Princess actually starts going down hill, we'll stick with her, thank you.

We are also booked on the Diamond Princess, with the Best of China pre-tour first. Just noticed yesterday that the itinerary has been changed. It was Beijing to Bangkok as late as last Thursday, now its Beijing to Singaphore. Has anyone been told of the change?

 

Only kept checking because we want specific flights, the return flight for which Princess "weren't able" to book at the time we make our booking. Now know why, they intended to change the itinerary.

 

This will be our 7th Princess cruise (out of over 20, previously P & O) and enjoyed them all, including the "cruise from hell" transatlantic last September. Got to be an adventure. The best entertainment was the 10.00 briefing from the Captain would we, wouldn't we be able to land!

My husband is pretty particular about his vacations and he booked FCCs after his first Princess cruise, less than a year ago. We have already cashed them in for a cruise in Oct.

I would say that is pretty high praise!:)
