Texaswinediva Posted April 27, 2010 #9 Share Posted April 27, 2010 Its is really not much different for the people sailing out of Galveston. Just the ships change but not the iteniary or the time is will be here. Nov thru April, bummer.

djh Posted April 29, 2010 #11 Share Posted April 29, 2010 Howling @ bb! Whats everyones point of view on the differences between Mariner and Voyager? Been on Explorer.....similar? I've been on Mariner 3 times, Voyager once. Pretty similar, but I loved Mariner and just liked Voyager. One main difference for us was Mariner had Chops and Portofino, Voyager just Portofino. Also, I felt that some there was a little bit of tweaking done to improve Mariner from the orginal voyager class ship. Also, I like the decor on Mariner. Just my opinion. atakkat Posted May 6, 2010 #17 Share Posted May 6, 2010 Just checked the itieraries again, which I do daily.... and I noticed that it looks like Mariner will alternate the usual Jamaica, GC, and Coz with roatan, Belize and Coz.... at least that gives us more choices. My kids loved ziplining in Roatan!

Actually, Mariner will continue doing the 7 night itineraries Voyager has been doing; The only 9 night itinerary that is scheduled for Mariner is her inaugural cruise from Galveston. She will also have an 8 night cruise over Christmas, and a 6 night cruise right after New Years.
