Just booked this cabin on the Valor for an upcoming cruise. Anyone stayed in this room before and what were your thoughts? Should I upgrade to an extended aft balcony? Your thoughts and opinions would be appreciated.

Your cabin is located about the shops- No noise issues.

Balconies are long and narrow.

 

extended balconies on this class is the ones across the back.

Looks like an excellent cabin to me. I'd stay there if I were you. Mid ship, but slightly away from the elevators, and with shops below, and cabins above.
