Kite Boarding?

Is there any beach that offers kite boarding? This is something my husband would like to try. Any information you can give me would be much appreciated. I used the search, but was unable to find any information on this topic.

Last October we saw them nearly every day on Orient. CNS offers rentals, but you have to know what you're doing:

Orient Bay is ONLY for self-suficient kiters (requires upwind riding technic and kite relaunching capabilities). Level 3 IKO or Green level FFVL is required. Intermediates level are not allowed. No beginners admits.
