4K on the Miracle

Had one on the Pride, and I agree that one that is between the lifeboats is the best room for the "view." Also, maintenance did some painting of the railings and lifeboats while in port one day, but we were warned with a letter the night before.

We had booked a 4k and when we got on the ship and to our room it was a regular ocean view! I was like WTH! I contacted my TA and she said they had given us an "upgrade" about a week before she failed to tell us about. I was sooooooooooo pissed! We chose 4k on purpose... an ocean view was not an upgrade in our eyes. We have not used her since.

I'm booked on 4140 on Pride for October, and cannot find any pictures of that here on CC. Does anyone have any pics from 4140 on any spirit class ship?

Our friend that we cruised with on the Spirit had 4141 and it was a pretty good view (relatively), and he has 4140 on our upcoming cruise on the Miracle, hoping for a similar view/light.

I'm in 4140 on our British Isles cruise on Legend ... Will post pics here and in my review!

Jenn :)

Here are some pics from 4140 on our cruise on the Legend in 2010:

Thanks! I think I've seen your pics before when I was choosing the room which was really helpful.

And now makes me even more excited about our cruise in a month!

That's true, but you can't tell for sure by looking at the deck plan. I'm booked in a 4K aboard Miracle, and choose cabin 4141, because it "appears" to be the one that's between the lifeboats. It looks like 4122, or 4123 are exactly between boats, as are 4148 and 4149. Those weren't available when I booked my cruise. I've been in 4115 some time ago, and it wasn't bad, but not exactly between the boats. I don't sail "Miracle" again until November, but I LOVE the cat 4K cabins. They are truly a BARGAIN!

"SKY"

We booked 4122 on the Legend and I'm hoping that, as it looks on the deck plan, we are exactly between with the least amount of obstruction.

  • 2 months later...

Wondering about the view from 4155 (an end cabin) would be? Anyone have experience with the end units? Thanks!

Does your kids cabin also have a sleeper sofa?

Yes, all 4Ks have a couch

Thanks. That's a relief.
