scubagirrl Posted May 10, 2010 #3 Share Posted May 10, 2010 Has anyone been snorkeling in Nassau since the dredging has began? Has the dredging affected the snorkeling? The dredging was done in the inner harbour. we have never had snorkeling in the harbour. The snorkeling spots for most tours are athol island, rose island and the sea gardens. All are still in good shape. They were never in any danger. Once Atlantis starts building it's new golf course on Athol island, all bets are off. It will surely affect the seagardens and surrounding area. Hopefully that will remain on hold for an eternity.
