Anyone ever had any success in getting OBC from an "Exciting Deal"? They always say for New Bookings Only".

If the exciting deal includes OBC then you are able to get it. If you are talking about an added OBC from a TA and not X, then that is for you to negotiate with the TA. What you can't get is a price reduction for an existing reservation because of the lower price on the new reservation only offer. Otherwise X is very good about price matching when they lower the price on your cabin category for an already booked cruise.

The Exciting Deal is a significant price reduction. There is never a problem getting OBC if a price drop occurs after final payment. But I think they will not do OBC for a "Deal" drop in price.
