Ramses Tours, Alexandria Port, Egypt. Anyone tried them?

We will be in Alexandria, Egypt November 2010 and are looking to solo with a tour guide from Ramses Tours. Has anyone tried them? Here is the website if interested. Any comments/concerns appreciated:

There are many positive recommendations on the CC port of boards. My party of 8 are booked with them for January 2011 for back to back tours (our ship overnights in Alexandria). I am watching this thread with interest. So far, my communications in booking the tours went well.

I strongly suggest you have a look at the Ports of Call Board for Egypt (link below) where there are multiple positive reviews for Ramses. Although I find it a little offputting that I have read a few negative reviews of them which seem to disappear shortly after being posted. I'm pretty good at telling when a post is from a competitor, but at least a couple seemed genuine. Does give me a little pause -- I am considering them for a one-day tour in Alexandria in September.
