I think my first response went out into cyberspace. If you are sailing from the Canada Place Pier, I highly recommend the Pan Pacific - tremendous location, beautiful rooms, and great dining! It is also a pick-up point for tours so it makes a great base from which to tour the beautiful Vancouver area. It is right at Canada Place so no shuttle is needed.

 

I understand the Fairmont across the street is also excellent, but we have never stayed there.
