So tell me, how does it work? Doe they have a service? How much? Do they have coind laundry? Thanks.

No self laundry but yes you can have clothes laundered and/or pressed or dry cleaned. There's a 24 hour turn around. There is a price list on the FAQ section of the "before you cruise" link of the X web site.

If you have select or elite status there are a few coupons for laundry also. We have had laundry done on several occasions and they did a great job.

This information is very helpful. It never occured to me that there wouldn't be public laundry rooms available onboard...good to know.
