Has NCL been reducing number of penny slot?

Hi, Nobody responded to my question "How are the slots on NCL Spirit lately?" so I'll ask a different question. Back in '06 there seemed to be a lot of penny slots on the Spirit, then in '08 there were far fewer penny slots on the Dream so I'm wondering if NCL is reducing the number of penny slots in the fleet in general or whether the Spirit has always had more and the Dream has always had fewer penny slots. Thanks.

on the star in april, i found more than i had expected to find. some are multi-game/denom machines but there were alot actually.
