What activities require a waiver?Please help

My son-12 will be sailing with a friend. RCL told me that I need to give them a notarized letter giving the parents permission from them to sign waiver forms. But, I must list each activity that requires a waiver. such as rock wall climbing, flow rider etc.

 

Please help! I want to make sure my DS will be able to participate in all activities offered.

When you complete your pre-cruise check-in online there is a section to complete all the waivers.

4 activities require a waiver - flowrider, zipline, rock wall climbing & ice skating.

Just because you did it online doesn't mean the ship has it. The system was down when we went to do the activities and had to fill them all out again. Just the 4 as listed.

We did the pre-cruise wavier and they had them. We did all 4 although doing it onboard wasn't a big deal either. 2 flowriders so the drowds are smaller.

Is there in line skating ?

Also, any excursion or activities on the private island that might need one?
