Recommended activities in Bahamas?

Hi! Does anybody have an activity in the Bahamas (Nassau and/or Great Stirrup Cay) that they would recommend? Also, please include cost if you can... I am cruising with husband, son (12), and daughter (18). I think Atlantis sounds great, but expensive?

Don't remember the cost, but my husband and I did the dolphin encounter a few years ago and it was a lot of fun. They say the swim with the dolphins is fun too, but they were booked already, so we settled for the encounter.
