Sapphire or Celebrity Infinity night life?

Our 27 yo son (single attorney) will be joining us on an alaska cruise late June. We are currently booked on Celebrity Infinity but are wondering if we should witch to the Sapphire for more night life. All thoughts and input welcome (we have sailed both lines b4 but were concerned about the too many kids situation on Princess).
