VENTURA. balconies riviera deck

we have an aft cabin starboard side.

i am gutted after seeing recent photos of ship.

an overhang above.

my wife doesnt know.

how bad is it. she is looking forward to some sunny times on the balcony.

i was offered all decks but thought riviera was nicest.

any info appreciated. thanks.

Don't forget that it all depends on which side , either Port or Starboard the sun is shining on. You may be on the wrong side some of the time so no one will get any sun.

 

I am afraid that you get either early morning sun or late afternoon sun when the sun is at it's lowest. We have the same problem but then again you can have the benefit of getting out of the sun and a cool down.

Other times you can go up on deck and don't forget you are very close to the Aft end of the ship and the pool.
