Nassau Liquor Stores - Watch Out!

We went liquor shopping in Nassau Sunday morning (instead of church where we should have been :D ). Although many shops were closed, most of the liquor retailers were open for business. I shopped 4 stores to compare prices and then settled on one. I wish I knew the name, but it faces the cruise ships a couple blocks to the right from where you exit the docks.

When my purchases were rung up, the total was way too high. I asked and was told that the prices must have been changed overnight "by the corporate office". I protested firmly and they agreed to charge me what the bottles were labeled. They insisted that it was not their fault and that they had "worked with me" but I'm pretty sure they were trying to pull a fast one.

Check your charge card slip before you sign, people!
