Ensenada-Rancho Los Bandidos Stables

Hi I was wondering if anyone had done this excursion and what did you think of it? My friend and I are going to Ensenada in Sept and are looking at this excursion. Thanks in advance for any info

I did this a few years ago, check out their website, easy to find. The owner is an American who moved down there and takes good care of the ranch and horses. It is a touristy event, nose to butt riding and since I'm a rookie, was fine with me. If you are a seasoned rider, probably not. The best salsa and homemade tortillas I ever had afterwards. I enjoyed it and had a good time.

Thanks so much for your review. I don't mind nose to butt riding as long as there is pretty things to look at and to be honest I just love horse back riding!!

Well this is about as pretty as Ensenada can get. It is a dry area and you go up into the hills a bit with nice view of ocean in some spots. Here is link to website and you can look around. You are picked up right at the ship, driven out and afterwards returned to ship or downtown so you can continue your skidding into your grave sideways at the local bars.
