disembarkation carnival splendor Long Beach

I am a Canadian cruising out of Long Beach on the splendor 8/8/10. I read somewhere that Canadians did not have to clear customs when they disembark. Is anyone familiar with this situation.

Thanks for your help inadvance.

Yes, you do need to clear with customs. We all do. There is a special line for Canadians. Look for the line as you are disembarking.

When I cruised out of San Diego recently on a RCL ship.... Canadians were asked to meet with Customs on board the ship.
