Carnival Dream - 8M vs. 8M

I posted this question on the Cabin Selection board and did not get any responses, so I am going to try my luck here.

 

Is there any other difference other than Deck location in these specific cabins: #7461/#8475. I have been reading lots of threads and reviews and it seems to me that #8475 appears to be a better choice.

 

Also, do balcony dividers open up for #7461 to #7463 and/or #8475 to #8477.

 

Any verification would be appreciated:D.

 

I am getting ready to book ES and want to be sure. I trust you guys:).
