Balcony Dividers

I'm reading a lot of conflicting information that has me confused...

 

Can you request balcony dividers to be opened on the Legend?

We were on the Legend 2 years ago and ours were opened...We went to the purser's desk and signed some kind of paper almost as soon as we boarded...I did hear that they only had a limited number of holders or something like that so go pretty quickly if you want yours opened...I don't know if that is the truth or not though!!!!
