When does Disney contact you to schedule REAS package?

Hi, we are first time cruisers. We are going on a spring 4 day Wonder cruise and have payed for the REAS package. We were told that Disney would call to schedule our Palo's dinner night and the romantic turn down/champagne breakfast. Does anyone how many weeks before the cruise we should expext that call?

Don't wait for them to call (sometimes they don't). Call Debbie at Disney Dining (407-566-7411) immediately. You can book your Palo and Spa reservations. She may also be able to book (for an additional $10 per person charge) a Palo brunch for your day at sea. It's amazing!!!

 

When you call, have your reservation # and cabin #. Debbie is great! You'll love your REAS package. Have a great cruise!
