Recommended Posts

We are cruising on Oasis of the Seas this summer and I was wondering what the complimentary beverages were on the ship?? Didn't know if I should purchase the soda package?? Also, can you get these beverages anytime throughout the day?? Thanks!!

Hi there,

In the Windjammer, Park Cafe, and Solarium Bistro, you can get iced tea (which I quite liked - many here say it is not good, but IMO it was just fine), lemonade, and iced water. At breakfast and lunch you can get milk in little cartons. Apple and orange juice are available at breakfast. In the Dining Room, you can get any of the beverages I mentioned, including milk. Ask your assistant waiter and s/he will get it for you and will most likely bring it to you without asking for the remainder of the cruise.

Some of the venues have thermoses of coffee, tea, and hot water so you can make hot chocolate (or dilute your strong coffee).

Pop is available on the soda card, or by buying a can individually. The cost for one can is approximately $2.25 which includes a gratuity. You can decide if the soda card is worth it by figuring out how much you need to drink to make it worthwhile.

Some of the venues close during various times of the day; the open hours will be listed in your Cruise Compass so something will always be available to you. You just may have to walk somewhere else to get it.

You'll figure it out soon enough. :) Have fun.
