Ruby - Emerald Deck oceanview cabins?

On the Ruby (or Emerald) can anyone tell me if the cabins on the Emerald deck (oceanview) are TOTALLY obstructed, or if the lifeboats are somewhat lower than the windows, so there is still a view.

 

I searched the cabin selection threads and couldn't find anything.

If you look at the deck plans on Princess.com you will get a pretty good idea. The very large lifeboats will totally obstruct your view unless you are in a cabin in between two lifeboats. Toward the aft you will see tenders that appear smaller, they are, and you can see out over the top.
