Miami Boat Tours-Bayside or Duck?

DS wants to see scarface mansion:pguess we're going on a boat tour of Miami pre cruise.

 

we were all set to do the Duck one until we moved our hotel home base & now not in walking distance of their pickup place near lincoln rd

 

thinking we'd catch a cab to bayside & sail later in afternoon/early evening on Saturday & maybe catch dinner there.

 

Not sure if advance res are necessary or we could just walk up?

 

so, are any of the operators better (or worse;)) than the others? Seems to be a bunch of them...even saw a pirate ship:D
