We did express walk off (carry-on only) and were off and in a Taxi by 8:15 on May 23rd. :D

 

(BTW we were not even close to the 'first off" either)

I'm not sure and didn't keep the paper off the ship explaining the order.... but express walk off was as I recall first. As such there was no access to luggage off the ship that I saw (though we went through the customs and terminal so fast I may simply have missed it)
