Are they planning a new show on Liberty???

From what I've gathered yes they are planning to bring Mama Mia to Liberty. With the success of Hairspray on Oasis they are expanding their broadway style shows to other ships, starting with Liberty. At least that's the take I have on what I've seen here, which could be totally wrong.

After it goes into dry dock. N word yet what the show will be but rumor has it it will be mamma mia.

Probably not before Allure debuts in December. That is probably also true for the new Dreamworks entertainment that will be featured on their newest and largest ships.:)
