Bob's limos and Tours

Has anyone ever used this tour operator? They gave me a good quote for transfer from the pier to Rome, a four hour tour, and transfer to the hotel in Fiumicino. Are they reliable?

When I researched them they had a good reputation. I am using them for Rome to Civitavecchia.

We used Bob's five times when in Italy a couple of years ago. Their service was excellent in all ways. All of the drivers were impeccably dressed and had exquisite manners. We especially enjoyed the day we spent in Tuscany (Livorno port); we paid around $600 which 2 couples split + tips. It was a full day and we saw so much in comparison to the ship's tour to Tuscany which was around the same price for 1 person. Anyway, they are great to deal with.
