On the ships that have bow-to-stern WiFi, you shouldn't have trouble getting a signal. I was on the Glory just after they put in the bow-to-stern WiFi and I got signal out on my aft wrap balcony (in the aftmost part of it).

Check the Carnival site to see which ships have bow-to-stern WiFi and which have WiFi only in public locations (like the library).

It is the same as the Internet Cafe charges. You can go per-minute or purchase a package of minutes (cheaper if you use all the minutes). I paid about $100 for their largest package in February and it came with a bonus 20 minutes. I used all but 8 of the minutes that week, so it was well worth it to me.

The prices are listed on Carnival's Web site. Or you can search these boards for them, as they've been posted before. I don't recall what the prices are or how many minutes I got for my $100.
