I have the exact same question here.

I have booked an interior room and got upgraded to an obstructed view on deck 3, room 3005.

Is there anything I should be concerned about ?

Anyone ever sailed on the lower deck on the Ocean Princess ?

Thanks !

Francois

We stated in a deck three oceanview on the Pacific Princess (identical to the Ocean) and found it to be just like other oceanview cabins, just with a porthole instead of a larger window.

With only a few cabins in an area which is not a major passageway, there is very little traffic in the hallway and thus no noise.

Some pictures below.
