Western caribbean/specialty dining question

For those that have sailed the western caribbean on Oasis, which nights would you suggest to go to a specialty dining restaurant instead of the main dining room?

For those that have sailed the western caribbean on Oasis, which nights would you suggest to go to a specialty dining restaurant instead of the main dining room?

 

I'd suggest Thursday... the dining room menu was the least desireable to us... but I can't remember what it was!
