Lucky catch tours, Portland

Hi;

Has anyone done the Lucky catch lobster tour?

How was it?

I tried to e-mail them through their website 3 times, and all of my e-mails returned.

Are they a reliable company?

I have no experience with Lucky Catch Lobster tour, but if you are interested in a lobster boat tour, I would recommend Lulu Lobster boat http://www.lululobsterboat.com/ in Bar Harbor. Lulu is located about 5 minutes from the tender dock. Captain John, owner of Lulu, is experienced and entertaining.

I talked with Julie and booked the lighthouse tour with Lucky Catch.

My daugter wants to see the seals but we are doing the gourmet food tour earlier in the morning.

Do we still see some seals on the lighthouses tour?

 

Do we have to tip them after the tour? If yes, how much???
