No, if you arrange for in cabin sitting.

It's important to note that "In-Cabin" baby sitting isn't always available. It's totally dependent if someone from Cruise Staff has listed themselves available for baby sitting. It's not as though the cruise line has dedicated staff for the sole purpose of in-cabin baby sitting.

You pay the in-cabin sitter, who is a member of the general crew, in cash at the time of the sitting.
