Yep - no problems connecting to the onboard wifi with a Mac.

It may be a bit harder to get an iMac onboard, but it will work. iPhones and iPads will work too, but remember that the cell phone charges can contribute to a very large bill. If you use only the built in WiFi, then you only pay the ship's internet charge. Check out the wireless minute packages ahead of time.
