Feedback on Executive Pacific Hotel Please

I must be traveling during a busy week in Seattle. Is there anything going on the Weekend of July 24-25th? It could also be because I am bidding for a longer stay (21-26th), but I have had unsuccessful bids up to $110 for 4 star downtown/pikes and the 4 stars at Hotwire for $179.00 for my dates.

 

I was able to reserve the Executive Pacific Hotel at a rate of $128.00 per night. I have read the reviews and they are inconsistent and somewhat alarming, but the location appears excellent(4th and spring) and the internet is free.

 

I have until 24 hours prior to cancel and will keep bidding on priceline, but in the event nothing comes up my question: Is the Executive Pacific Hotel ok to stay at given the rate of $128.00???
