Sunset in Paris, May 12, 2011

Although I'm not going to Paris until next May prior to a cruise, I want to prebook the Eiffel Tower a couple months prior to arriving. I would like to go up 1/2 hour before the sun sets and stay to see Paris at night. Does anyone know what time I should book for?

I just googled "sunset times paris may 2011" and got a calendar for month of May 2011.
