If this is post-cruise, is your flight at the crack of dawn? What do you plan to do with your luggage when you disembark?

It's right by the airport then, that much is for certain. It is probably right under the flight path, so you might have a good bit of aircraft noise, because Clarions are rarely large hotels, not much more than a couple of floors. Guess it depends on what your needs, wants and budget are.

Its right across form the airport, not a bad location and not really under a flight path. its very near to the Light Rail station so that would be ok. I'm not big on airport hotels for Seattle sightseeing but its an ok hotel and convenient to transit.
