Experienced cruisers Advice please

Okay, I called RCI and they said our ship is still going to GC the end of March. GC port authority website does not list the Rhapsody on the day we are supposed to be there, there are however about 6 other ships. I emailed Nativeway to set up a stingray tour and Sharon said the Rhapsody hasn't called on GC since Ivan. So, do I book a tour in GC? Seems I read of at least one company where you don't pay until you arrive, which one is that? :confused: I would dearly hate to miss this experience but I'm don't know for sure it we'll make it there.

Also, looks like Costa Maya would be substituted if we didn't make ti GC, should I book something there just in case?

We've booked with Nativeway in past and you dont pay until you get there.. but I think you do have to put a cc as a deposit in case you dont show..

Sometimes they want a credit card, sometimes not. As mentioned, they don't charge anything unless you are a no show and it's your fault. If your boat is late or a no show, they don't charge. Pretty much standard policy for all the tours.

The Rhapsody is now scheduled to GC every Thursday in March.

I heard...through another poster...that The Rhapsody was in GC this past Thursday.

 

Make plans....just be sure that they are fully refundable, in the event that you don't go there. One very safe way, is to book through the ship.

 

ps. I am sailing on the Rhapsody ...March 13th.
