Tampa - parking/priceline problem!! HELP!!

So husband and I will be leaving on the Carnival Inspiration on Sat morning (July 3rd) for a 5 day cruise. Decided we want to come to Tampa on Friday and stay the night. Thought about using Priceline to get a hotel downtown. We will be driving from south Georgia. I really want to stay at Sheraton Riverwalk but know that there are no guarantees that we will get that hotel and they seem to be the only ones with parking cheaper then the port. Are there any other parking options other than the port if we get a hotel with expensive parking??? I called the city garage and they said you can't park there overnight. ?

Has a great park-fly-cruise deal.

 

We stayed there one night, parked our car, hopped on their free shuttle to the airport, came back to Tampa via cruise ship, and the hotel shuttle picked us up at the port and brought us back.
