I have no idea what it may mean today, but, I think, originally it referred to those that went topless or were in favor of it, on the Funnel Deck on Carnival ships when this was allowed.:)

If I'm wrong you can bet your a$$ we'll hear about it. :D

Gone, sorry. About......2 years now? More family friendly.....too bad. One the plus side, at least you don't have to see Hans from Germany up there in all is 71 year old glory!

Thank you! I've never been to the topless section. I wouldn't want to scare the younger women when they realize this is how they will look at my age and after birthing 4 children!

I joined the Whale Tail Club as a fan of Carnival. It's supposed to refer to the funnel on the Carnival ships.:)
