Paris City Center

Does anyone have any idea of what is considered the city center in Paris? RCCL says they will drop you off in the city center, we were wondering if anyone can tell us approximately where that is?

 

We are thinking somewhere near the Hotel des Invalides-Napoleon's tomb, are we close?

There was a post on the RCI board from a couple who took the RCI do-it-yourself" tour of Paris and I believe they said they were left off near the Effiel Tower and they were then picked up again near there.

 

We are going on the Jewel's Transatlantic in May and are working at arranging a group to use a private tour company to make our visit to Paris. It may end up costing a little more but I hope we will be able to see and do more.

That helped a lot, I feel better about taking this shore excursion. I know we can find the Eiffel Tower at the end, you can see it from everywhere.
